The Best Games Ever

So I got my Kinect sensor last week. This is the coolest thing I swear. I got the Adventure game which comes with. There are many different things to do in that game but navigating the boat down the river is the coolest so far.
I also got the Sports game & have played bowling, boxing so far. I'm so sore from boxing it is not funny.
I'm thinking that that dance dance game looks neat maybe just maybe I can learn to dance?!
The worst & best thing is that the games/sensor takes snapshots of you while you play. So that is all cool seeing your friends in funny positions & such but not so funny when it's you with no makeup & your killin sweats on. (By killin sweats I mean if you saw me in em I'd haveta kill you!)
Not to mention that all of these games give you a nice little workout which is a plus! My ceiling tiles may be a bit dented though LOL!
This sensor also allows you to video chat with people. Kinda cool but again I'm a bit camera shy *Blush*
A great alternative or addition to Rockband nights.

Wore Out

We had a very busy but fun weekend with Robert's family. Ma & Pa brought Paris & Mary Kay to see us.
We did a ton of swimming! Lots of video games!!!
Thanks to P I now have Left 4 Dead to play:)
We went to the 1st annual Riverfest in town. We got to see birds of prey. The educational people from the Kalamazoo Nature Center were there with 4 different birds. They had two hawks & two owls. It was very interesting.
Then we drove up to Kazoo to Airway lanes where we drove go-karts & played laser tag.
I'd never played laser tag before it was very fun!!! It was a work out though & I was out of breath by the time the game was over.

Mary Kay even played some Guitar Hero with us. Yes Paris made her sing No Sleep Till Brooklyn by the Beastie Boys. She did great, but I couldn't help laughing!

I love spoiling Paris:)!!!!!! I can't wait till next year!

Maybe I’m Just Difficult

I’ve been Thinking about games. I’ve mainly thinking about games that I’d like to play on my XBOX 360.

I did some searching & did find a Indie game which has Euchre. Do any of my friends out there know how to play Euchre? Cindy I know you do but you have no XBOX.

I also thought it would be cool to play some Blackjack. There is crap out there for Casino games or Blackjack for 360. There are plenty of Poker games.

I found anther Indie game . If anyone knows of a better 360 game that maybe has slots incorporated in it let me know.

I could only wish for this next game, being that the makers of the game I want are arch enemies of the Xbox. I would like to see the Mario games on Xbox 360.

Yeah I know I’d better go buy a Wii:) Anyone have one for sale?

Employee Game Achievements

I think working for a living (Especially in a factory) would be more fun, better worker morale if we could earn achievements.
Earning achievements similar to XBOX game, Mafia Wars, or WOW achievements.
Today I could have earned the Burn Baby Burn Achievement...To get this achievement you need to set your hair on fire while welding.
The Fix It Achievement...You get this one by welding your one thousandth rework shelf & as a bonus you unlock the intermediate welding skill!
How about this one? The Forever Achievement.....You get this from working at your place of employment for "forever" as a bonus you unlock a Raise!
I can't forget the All Day Long Achievement.....This one involves doing the same job, stuck in one spot all day long. The only bonus you can unlock with this achievement is a new all day long job tomorrow.

Family Game Night

We played Family game Night on XBOX with Ma & Pa this weekend.
Pa is the luckiest dice roller ever! Saturday night he wanted to play "Just one more game."
He got the highest Yahtzee score I have ever seen. (588) Or some dumb thing. He had Three Yahtzees!!!
I did manage to win one game. I only got one achievement unlocked where Pa as Soakitincider2 & Ma as guest unlocked a few more achievements.
I need to make their own XBOX profiles!!!

Ground Floor Apartment Rolled a full house using only 1’s and 2’s Pa got all of these....... Family Reunion

We attended the decedants of Walter & Emma Osmar reunion dinner last night.
I can not tell you how many years that this reunion has been going on. I do know I attended a few as a kid, so forever may be the answer!
They camp & the camp ground of choice (The one they've attended the longest) is Twin Mills.
RJ & I have camped a few times. We arrived last night just as a hot dog eating contest began.
I think it was George who offered aunt Michelle $20.00 if she won.She ended up getting five of twelve dogs down! Great Effort! Micheal won, he's a big boy! (Heather's son I believe.)
After dinner they have games, family picture, & to top it all off for tons of fun a water balloon fight.
I made sure that I was observing this activity from a distance, but as my god given talent would have it, I was spotted as a target. I think Nick told his son to get me. He did, two balloons, direct hit! *sigh*
It was nice seeing everyone. Thanks for the Jello shots Heather!!!!!

Live game shows on XBOX











I had seen the advertisements for this 1 Vs. 100 but never paid close attention. Last night I clicked on it & found myself (My Avatar rather) in a live game show.
OMG How fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was only in the crowd but still you get to play & earn points. I think the object is, the better you get, the better your chance to be in the mob or be "The One". You can win Microsoft Points, which we all know come in handy for buying new games.
I'm not sure but I think "The One" can win real money.
I just love this!

Another Rock Band Night

I did not get to take many pictures or did I get any million dollar video. We were too busy rockin out. We had a blast.

I let the band try GHWT. The consensus is that Rock Band is still a better game.
The GHWT band is called Lead Singers Disease.
