I love the storm door. It is very sturdy. The Doggie door is very cool, but how do I get Zoie to use it? She is scared of it

I'm sitting in my new room right at this moment blogging & watching TV through the window. I absolutely love it!

Zoie's Halloween

The neighbor lady Donna (from the other side of the lake) has a Cocker named Hattie. Zoie & I take walks most days & if Zoie is lucky she gets to play with Hattie in Hattie's yard. Hattie's yard is huge & mostly fence so to Zoie this is as free as she can get. Zoie runs & rolls & plays.


Donna got both dogs Halloween gift bags. How sweet! Zoie loves her vampire! More pictures!

Just another Monday.

I



I woke up this morning with a very dizzy head. Too many paint fumes I think, it has my sinuses clogged up. We moved furniture into the room. I like it.

I'd like to get a hide a bed sofa, a table, & an Xbox 360 with Guitar Hero & it's own TV. I think Robert is planning on building a cabinet far the fishing poles & that will have to find a home.

Frank called & promised that the siding would be done by Friday. He even brought out the siding today. Although I guess the lid on the box came open & parts went onto the road & got ran over. So he had to order more. Oh yeah the storm door with the doggie door is on the way also. More pictures!

Beautiful Morning!

Happy Birthday too me, Happy Birthday to me! Mother nature made a gorgeous morning for me. I really hate turning older though. It makes me feel like time is short & there is so much I want to experience yet. I want to thank everyone for all the love.














Rj has spent the weekend painting the doors. The color is Gloss Sand. I like it but I wonder if we should have gotten a color with more of a contrast to the room. We got a new door handle, the pull down kind. I'll get a picture once it is installed. We got some rugs for a temporary floor covering. They will leave about a foot & a half of cement showing around the room. I'm giving thought to getting some of that fancy cement finishing done for the permanent floor.















I really hope they get the outside of our room done this week! *fingers crossed* Enjoy some more pictures!

A wife was making a breakfast of fried eggs for her husband.

Suddenly, her husband burst into the kitchen.

"Careful," he said, "CAREFUL! Put in some more butter! Oh my GOD!

You're cooking too many at once. TOO MANY! Turn them! TURN THEM NOW! We need more butter. Oh my GOD! WHERE are we going to get MORE BUTTER? They're going to STICK! Careful . CAREFUL! I said be CAREFUL! You NEVER listen to me when you're cooking! Never! Turn them! Hurry up! Are you CRAZY? Have you LOST your mind? Don't forget to salt them. You know you always forget to salt them. Use the salt. USE THE SALT! THE SALT!"

The wife stared at him. "What in the world is wrong with you? You think I don't know how to fry a couple of eggs?"

The husband calmly replied, "I just wanted to show you what it feels like when I'm driving."

Wonderful Tuesday....Zoie graduated & much more.

When I walked in the house after work I knew that they had finished the walls. Nothing will give you a headache like polyurethane! They got three walls finished. So I'll have to sniff fumes for a few days at least.








Zoie graduated from obedience school. She still needs much work. (Like maybe not peeing on my floors anymore!)
She is much better behaved since we started class though.









Upon leaving class we were greeted with this sunset. It was so beautiful it broke my heart.
