New Beginings

This is a view of the house I'm trying to buy. Yes I'm standing at my current back door taking this picture.
The house is very affordable. It is cheaper than renting.
It does need a lot of tlc though.
I got news today that in that hellacious rain storm we got it flooded. They are supposed to fix it so it does not happen again.
Buying a house is very scary!!!!!
