It was one thing when the hoodlums were just setting boats free to float around. It is quite another to have stereos & gas tanks & the like ripped out & taken off your boat.
The neighborhood has gone to shit WTF?
So is it just coincidence that this occurs when the kids are out of school? Is this fun to them?
