Achievement Whore

Although I have beat the game I don't consider it beaten until I've mastered all the available achievements.
In WOW I've been addicted to getting through all the easy ones.....they are time consuming though.

In XBOX I can't bear to part with an old game because the new one is better. Case in point Rock Band. I have Rock band 2 which all the song are on. I'm still obsessed with finishing the Achievements on the first one.
Right now I'm working on finishing that game in vocals on expert. All of you know I sing for crap. I'm am on the second to the last tier & have tried the songs a billjillion times but I keep failing out. "Gimmie shelter" by The Stones I can't get the part the goes it's just a shot away.
"Mississippi Queen" ? Who in the world can sign that song? "Welcome Home"? Yeah Not!
I will keep plugging away though.

Last Day

The last day of vacation is always sad! But this is where Ying/Yang comes into play, vacation would not be so sweet if it weren't for all the hard working days.
We had a great vacation. We did many fun things & got a ton done around the house.

I did try to win the lottery with no luck. So welcome me back to structured life.

Evil Squirrels

Today I witnessed a senseless murder! You may think squirrels are cute, think again.
I watched a litte Red Squirrel grab a sparrow in it's mouth & proceed to rip the sparrows head off.
Why?
The only reason I saw was that the greedy squirrel wanted all the seed for himself.
The body of the sparrow lying headless in the grass is a warning to all beware!

Not Running

I'm so glad that I am not running any races this year!
Can you imagine running a mile in yesterday's heat? I can't!
I cut way down on cardio I was just loosing too much weight.
My girls & I were supposed to do the 5K walk this year, but the date just seemed to sneak up on me & we did not get registered & we all had other things going on. Maybe next year?!
I wish those running this weekend much luck!

Tried Fishing

We tried fishing all weekeend. This was the annual "Fishing Contest" weekend. The fish really were not cooperating.
We saw this one guy in a fancy bass boat pull in huge bass after bass. I was jealous. We decided it was because he had a bass boat. If we had a bass baot we could have caught big fish too.

Paris made me stay up & play Call of Duty World at War. I'll let you in on a lil secret.....I'm not very good at shooter games! He may have been getting frustrated with my ineptitude *Shrug*
It was a great weekend. Now I'm so looking foward to it being our vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait!
